05-15-09: As the weather improves in New York, I gear up for the weekend. Talking about “Anvil: The Story of Anvil” an amazing rock documentary in theaters now. On TV, The Lost Season Finale left me perplexed. My friend Nikki’s moving to Austin party.

Yay! Another 3:46 fun minutes of the day. Anyway, let’s go to feedback. Why is your purple hair brighter on the left side (your left) and darker in the right side? I know, I should be talking about the things you talked about, but your purple hair IS a second star on the videos. Second of all, I totally spent this 2 last days locked in my office with sunny days outside, so I really know the feeling! (get me outta here!). About Anvil, I’ll have to check online cause I don’t think this movie will get here, I like the name thing angel X devil = anvil, and all rock’n'roll movies are in my dvdroom. Almost Famous still my #1. IF I don’t like the Anvil movie, I don’t have a dog for you to massage, but I’ll accept a massage anytime! lol! Congratulations on weight loss, I lost 2 pounds so far, but I’m more to thin, so I’m not really so worry about it, I’m just glad for you! And for the last, wish my best to Nikki! I’m already following her, don’t know where she’ll move to, but any place can be good as long as you have a connection to watch Steve’s vlog right?

“Lost” is done in May 2010. One more season…hang in there! Hopefully they wrap it all up intelligently and not with something stupid. (Flashback to “Dallas” years ago where a whole season ended up being someone’s dream. Incredibly lame.) I think it’s been an amazing show, albeit confusing at times, so I would expect they will give it a credible and satisfying ending. I hope you’ll persist! If you do and you DON’T like it, I’ll give Chalupa a back massage.

Nikki is inspiration!! Moving to Austin b/c of SXSW is fantastic!!! I’m going to follow her just for this reason! I still think you should apply to be a panel speaker for next year, just a suggestion. I need to start planning to be at SXSWi next year. I really want to incorporate going to the music festival also. Talking about it make me so excited!
Hope you guys had a great time….and I think I might re-watch some of the Lost episodes online, try to get the feel for this past year. That last episode felt like a mad rush to set up next year, like they forgot the following year will be the last and that they were cramming for their final.

Thanks, Steve. I would never have seen ‘Anvil’ but after watching your vlog, I did and it was great. What a touching story, both happy and sad. Yes, rockers are people too

I can´t wait to see the Anvil movie! Have you seen that documentary about a Metal-festival in Wacken (Germany)? It´s called “Full Metal Village” (check out the trailer on YouTube). Pretty funny movie.

Only thing is that Feb is a shorter month that March. If you look at Neilsen’s info for Feb vs. Jan, you will see roughly the same in reverse.. Still good news.
